The Promotion
The promotion is a free prize draw run on Instagram. No purchase is necessary to enter. This promotion is intended to be a genuine free-entry promotion and not a lottery. -
Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, except:
a) employees of the Promoter;
b) immediate family members of such employees; and
c) anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of age, identity, and UK residency.

Opening and Closing Dates
The promotion opens when the giveaway post is published on @eat_822 on Instagram.
The closing date for entries is 11:59pm BST on Wednesday 8 April 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be counted. -
How to Enter
To enter, participants must, before the closing date:
a) like the giveaway post published on @eat_822;
b) follow @eat_822 on Instagram; and
c) tag another Instagram user in the comments on the giveaway post.Each separate eligible tag counts as one entry.
For a bonus entry, participants may share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @eat_822. Bonus Story entries will only be valid where the tag is visible to the Promoter before the closing date. If an account is private and the Story cannot be viewed by the Promoter, the bonus entry may not be counted unless evidence is provided before the closing date.

Entry Rules
a) Entrants may submit multiple entries by tagging different friends in separate comments.
b) Tagging the same account repeatedly, tagging fake accounts, or using automated, bulk, script, or bot-based methods is not permitted.
c) No third-party or organised group entries, bulk entries, or incomplete entries will be accepted.
d) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries it considers fraudulent, abusive, offensive, misleading, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions or Instagram’s rules. -
Prize
There will be one (1) winner. The winner will receive:- 1 x Chilli Piccalilli
- 1 x Achar
- 1 x Spicy Silverskin Onions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value. CAP requires prizes to be awarded as described, or as a reasonable equivalent, normally within 30 days.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date. Prize draws should be run by a verifiably random process or under independent supervision. -
Winner Announcement and Contact
The winner will be announced on Thursday 9 April 2026 via the Promoter’s Instagram account and/or contacted by direct message from @eat_822.The winner must respond within 5 days of first contact to claim the prize and provide a UK delivery address. If the winner does not respond within that time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.

Prize Delivery
The prize will be sent to a UK address provided by the winner. The Promoter will aim to dispatch the prize within 30 days of receiving the winner’s delivery details. There will be no cost to the winner for claiming the prize. CAP guidance says there should be no cost to claim and prizes should normally be awarded within 30 days. -
Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees that the Promoter may announce their Instagram handle on Instagram and/or on the Promoter’s website or social channels for the purpose of administering and promoting the result of the giveaway.If the winner objects to this, they should notify the Promoter promptly. The Promoter may still need to share limited information with regulators if legally required.

By entering, participants confirm that they release Instagram from any responsibility or liability in connection with the promotion. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed for the administration of the promotion, winner selection, prize fulfilment, and any related legal or regulatory requirements, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. CAP also notes promoters should comply with data protection law. -
Limitation of Liability
So far as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for:
a) entries not received, recorded, or processed due to technical issues;
b) any loss, delay, or damage in transit outside the Promoter’s reasonable control; or
c) any interruption, postponement, or cancellation of the promotion caused by events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that it does so fairly and in accordance with applicable law, advertising rules, and platform rules. -
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
